Livarto has a proven expertise in finding and acquiring selected properties in up-and-coming urban regions. As property developers, we are faced with the difficult challenge of meeting the growing demand for housing in urban areas. Sharing some of the rooms not only increases the available space for each resident, but also creates added social value, a functional advantage and further optimisation of high-quality interior designs.

Compact Living

The densification of limited urban space is an upcoming social and structural challenge. Small, serviced apartments, although profitable in the short term, are not a sustainable solution. We are pursuing the approach of creating better living in limited spaces, with premium modular homes and fully equipped compact apartments.

Art Nouveau 2.0

City districts are constantly changing and developing, making the refurbishing of old, previously neglected buildings worthwhile. With a smart and innovative restoration concept, these rough gems can be developed into pioneering and suprisingly different properties, wich meet a growing demand in urban target groups.

How we work

Once we have identified a promising project opportunity in one of our innovation segments, we secure the opportunity to purchase the land or existing property in question. With our multinational and interdisciplinary network of experts, we then prepare the detailed architectural and financial planning, including a legal and time forecast for all approval procedures. Before we offer the project in question to our investors, we have already developed an exit strategy or often identified a specific buyer.

With thoughtful and detailed renovations, Livarto has transformed older buildings in prime locations in Swiss cities into future-proof properties that offer significant added value for investors and residents. Livarto keeps some of these properties itself for investment purposes.
